Types of therapy

Integrative therapy

Integrative therapy is the process of bringing into the sessions whatever tools or techniques are appropriate to work with the client.

I personally bring Transactional Analysis and a person-centred approach, working relationally with clients, and looking to Gestalt, Jungian, art and narrative therapy where they serve the work.

This means the shape of our sessions follows you, not a fixed method — the approach adapts to what you bring and what helps you most.
